Leaders then reflect on how their team feels, what concerns exist, and what support may be needed. They also practise how to explain the change clearly to a colleague. Each session ends with a practical action the leader can take with their team.
What is the Executive Risk Report, and how does it help leaders manage change?
The Executive Risk Report gives executives an early view of whether their transformation is on track. It measures how ready team leaders are to understand, believe in, and lead the change, while highlighting concerns and support needs across teams. The report also identifies differences between departments or employee groups to reveal where adoption risks are highest. Finally, it provides prioritised recommendations so leaders can take action before execution problems arise.
How many adoption cycles should we plan for during our change initiative?
Most transformations benefit from multiple adoption cycles. We typically recommend running a minimum of 3 cycles for each major phase of your transformation so leaders continuously reinforce new behaviours, measure progress and address emerging resistance as the initiative evolves.
Is the transformation adoption program data secure?
Yes. Skill Up Leader provides a Data Processing Agreement and complies with GDPR requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and executive reports use anonymised, aggregated information.
