What happens during the 5-week program?
The program starts with a short, anonymous employee check-in to measure engagement and identify each leader's biggest opportunities for improvement. Over the following three weeks, leaders complete three personalised AI coaching sessions based on real challenges from their own teams. Then they have one week, where they practise key leadership conversations through realistic simulations. Throughout the program, leaders must apply what they have discussed with their coach in their daily work, helping new behaviours become lasting habits. The program in week 5 concludes with another anonymous employee check-out and an executive report showing engagement changes, leadership insights, and recommended next steps.
Can the program be customised?
Yes. The program can be tailored to your leadership framework, company language, and values. We also offer a white-label version for organisations that want a fully branded solution.
Can the program be used for performance evaluations?
No. Skill Up Leader is a leadership development program, not a performance assessment tool.

Employees complete a confidential 10-minute check-in before the program to measure engagement, the employee experience, and leadership within their team. These insights personalise each leader's coaching journey and highlight the greatest opportunities for improvement. At the end of the program, employees complete a short follow-up check-out to measure progress and demonstrate the program's impact.
What happens during an AI coaching session?
Each session focuses on a real leadership challenge the manager is currently facing. Using the GROW coaching model, the AI helps the leader reflect on the situation, explore options, and commit to practical actions. Every session also encourages reflection on the leader, their team, individual employees, and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term leadership habits.
How do the leadership simulations work?
Leaders practise important workplace conversations with AI before having them in real life. Scenarios include giving feedback, discussing bonuses, handling termination conversations, managing flexible working requests, salary negotiations, addressing behavioural issues, coaching disengaged employees, career conversations, and company reflections. Each scenario can be tailored to the leader's own situation.
What insights will our executive team receive?
Executives receive a clear overview of employee engagement before and after the program. The report highlights strengths, development opportunities, and key trends across teams while protecting individual confidentiality through anonymous, aggregated data. It concludes with practical recommendations to improve engagement, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
Is the program fee one-time or recurring?
The program is purchased as a one-time fee per participating team leader. Many clients choose to run it annually as a leadership refresher to reinforce core leadership behaviours.
How does Skill Up Leader support implementation?
Every client receives a dedicated Customer Success Manager who guides the rollout from start to finish. Your executive or HR team begins with a 30-minute implementation session, followed by onboarding materials for team leaders and employees. We also run a short launch call with participating leaders to explain the program and address any concerns. Throughout the program, we monitor progress, support completion, and review the final results with your team, including recommended next steps to strengthen engagement.
Does Skill Up Leader sell consulting?
No. Skill Up Leader is a technology company, and we do not upsell consulting or coaching services. Where additional support would be valuable, we can recommend trusted leadership coaches and HR consultancies based on your organisation's needs.
Is the 5-week program data secure?
Yes. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and comply with GDPR requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and all executive reporting is anonymised and aggregated. We are also working towards ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification.
