Our AI leadership programs are designed for everyone - whether your employees work in the office or on the front line, across any department
Can you measure the ROI of Skill Up Leader?
Yes. Our 10-week leadership program uses a check-in at the beginning of the program a check-out at the end of the program. From that you can see the improvement in engagement in a structured HR report so you can quantify impact and compare cohorts.

If our AI learning conversations are integrated into your LMS, you won’t be able to track business ROI directly; however, you can still access standard LMS metrics such as completion rates and measure the performance of this department
Is our data secure with Skill Up Leader?
Yes. We provide a DPA and comply with GDPR requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and reporting is anonymised and aggregated. We are currently working towards ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification. Data protection is embedded in our company values from day one
Where is our data hosted?
We confirm the hosting region and sub processors during onboarding and document this in the DPA. As a Swiss/German entity, we take the necessary measures to ensure your data is stored securely in appropriate locations
How does the Skill Up Leader take cultural differences into account?
Our AI coaching is adapted by language, region, and organisational context. Based on the location of your employees and the type of organization, our AI personalizes the coaching conversations to ensure an optimal cultural fit
Does Skill Up Leader use our data to train their models?
No. Customer data is not used to train models
Can you connect Skill Up Leader with our HRIS or LMS system?
Yes. Skill Up Leader can be embedded into common LMS environments and integrated where needed (e.g., SSO and user provisioning). Tell us what you use, and we’ll quickly make it happen.
Will AI replace our human coaches?
No. Skill Up Leader complements human coaching—helping leaders practice and reflect between sessions while keeping human coaches for deeper, high-stakes topics
Does Skill Up Leader support other languages?
Skill Up Leader supports 140 languages. If you need an additional language, let us know and we’ll confirm availability and timing
Can Skill Up Leader be used for performance evaluation?
No. Skill Up Leader is designed for development. We do not provide individual-level coaching transcripts or performance scores to employers
