2) Employees of the team leader complete a short anonymous survey to establish a baseline
3) Over eight weeks, team leaders spend maximum 3 hours in total in guided AI sessions
4) Finally, in week nine, the employees complete another anonymous end survey to measure the engagement improvement
5) In addition, you will receive a report, which brings together anonymized insights from all leaders and offers practical suggestions on how to further boost employee engagement in future learning initiatives
